The Challenge

Needed to assist the Franchise owner with the total implementation of the telephone into hs/her business strategy based on corporate training and recommendations. The objective was to both generate and create leads for follow up, to include strong measurement and tracking.

The Solution/Milestone

Directly managed and created the process of recruiting at each franchise location, including hiring, onboarding and training 2-3 telemarketers to handle the phone activity. This was usually done in conjunction with the showroom manager as a teaching process for us.

Results/Outcome

Sales percentages had been at 10% of the leads and this increased to 25% of those generated on average, the cost per order was reduced because of our activity ultimately.

Follow up/Sustainability

Each franchise thrived because of our strong involvement in the early stages. Ongoing workshops were created on a regional basis to maintain the skill level and to assist the Franchise Owners with growth.
