The Challenge
The client wanted to invite high level decision-makers to a launch and wanted to test the approach of a free gift versus a travel voucher/incentive.
The Solution/Milestone
We took a list of 250 companies and developed a call guide that would allow us to qualify the information received and speak to the decision-maker to introduce the launch, talk about the date and determine their interest in receiving either of the two ‘thank you’ gifts.
Results/Outcome
The test demonstrated the accuracy of this list, it also ascertained questions that were asked and did identify the correct incentive to offer the audience.
Follow up/Sustainability
The clients mailed a total of 1,500 decision-makers with the correct message, with questions answered and received a response rate of a staggering 12% to their invitation. They had only expected 5-6%
